5. App Privacy Policy

5.1. This privacy policy applies to the CCMA & BUSA Labour Support app (hereby referred to as “Application”) for mobile devices that was created by CCMA & BUSA (hereby referred to as “Service Provider”) as a Free service. This service is intended for use “AS IS”.

5.2. Information Collection and Use

5.2.1 The Application collects information when you download and use it. This information may include information such as

• Your device’s Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address)
• The pages of the Application that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages

5.2.2. The Application does not gather precise information about the location of your mobile device.
